Lecture:
What's After Effects?
Adobe after effects is a 2.5D animation software that's used for animation,
visual effects and motion picture compositing. This software is used in TV,
film and web video creation.
This software also takes a different approach to create a movement.
Motion graphics animation works by manipulating vector and rasterized art
to create and tell a story
Pre- Compositing in Adobe Photoshop
On the other hand Adobe after effects is a digital visual effects, motion
graphics and composing application/software.
Which means we can import elements such as images, videos vector, and more
into after effects.
All the layers needs to be organized and synchronized to the external
software platforms such as Photoshop or Adobe illustrator.
An important note is that After effects does not embed its media, it links
into it
Week 10: Adobe After Effects Exercise
For this exercise Mr. Fauzi teaches us the basic of Adobe After Effects,
this software allows us to make a simple animation. For this exercise we
are given the Photoshop file (a digital collage) , and the goal is to
animate the digital collage that Mr. Fauzi gives us.

Overall, This exercise is a good warmup for using adobe after effects. i
had a lot of fun while doing this exercise.
